You retain your rights to your content and must have permission to use it. Keep backups of important records. Local storage is not a guaranteed permanent archive.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful activity or misrepresent another party.

Availability and legal rights

Availability depends on your device and the service infrastructure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of outcomes. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This build offers no paid service or subscription.

Changes

Terms must reflect the version actually distributed. The owner must communicate material changes as required by applicable law.
